Simple and Best Apple Crumble

1 can (765g) tart / cooking apples. (Can use 6 to 8 fresh cooking apples, just add about 100ml water.)
25ml lemon juice
110g (200ml) flour
200g (250ml) brown sugar. (white also works, but try to use brown)
5ml cinnamon
pinch salt
150g butter

Arrange apples pieces in a shallow greased oven dish and sprinkle with the lemon juice.

Sift the flour and mix it well with the sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Slice butter into the flour or use a food mixer, then "crumble" it by hand.

The now crumbly mixture is put over the apples.

Bake at 180 deg celcius for around 30 to 35 minutes.

Serve warm with fresh whipped cream. Yum!
